A vision board is a visual representation of your goals and dreams for the future. Your vision board can be a collection of photos, magazine clippings, art, quotes, lists and ideas that resonate with you, inspire and motivate you and help you express what you want your ideal life to look like while living with Wilson disease. It can be physical, like a bulletin or poster board, or it can be virtual, like a PowerPoint slide or a document you save on your computer.
Maybe it looks like enjoying a healthy diet on a regular basis, or being able to go on that big hike with your family, or keeping your anxiety at bay by doing daily mediations or exercise classes. Anything goes, and all items should be personal to you!
You! As the leader of your own life, you get to decide how you want to live it and how you want to shape your future.
